Morrisville Veterans Memorial Foundation, Inc.
The Morrisville Veterans Memorial Foundation, Inc. is a North Carolina corporation recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) organization. It is governed by a Board of Directors. Four directors serve as the officers of the Foundation, overseeing day-to-day operations.

The officers of the Foundation established a committee whose purpose is to further the design and planning for the memorial and the fundraising for its construction. The committee is composed of interested citizens and veterans of the armed services. Men and women with a desire to further the goals of the committee are strongly urged to seek appointment. Meeting Dates
Meetings are usually held on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at 222 Church Street in Morrisville.
Meetings are open. Anyone interested in a Morrisville Veterans Memorial is welcome to attend.
